Ugis Zeltins has extensive experience acting as a lead advisor in EU & Competition, State Aid and Public Procurement matters. Prior to joining Raidla Lejins & Norcous Ugis was an advisor on European Law with the Constitutional Court of Latvia and currently he is in charge of constitutional law aspects of civil and administrative disputes handled by the office. Ugis has taught EU law and international law to undergraduates and has lectured on state aid law to judges.
