Ingrida Karina-Berzina has deep and broad expertise in intellectual property and related areas, including venture-funded company representation, online law and entrepreneurship. A native of Wilmington, Delaware, she is dual licensed to practice law in the United States (Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the USPTO) and Latvia. She is also a licensed Latvian and European Trademark and Design Attorney. She teaches law to business and law students at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, at the Riga Graduate School of Law, and is a member of expert groups on intellectual property. She counsels a Latvian, Baltic and global clientele on trademarks, design rights, copyright, patents, telecoms, startup issues, United States contracts, and IP strategy and commercialization.
