Our preferred methods of dispute resolution are mediation and conciliation. However, where these are not appropriate we aggressively and successfully pursue client's commercial goals through litigation or arbitration. The matters are both local and international and relate to wide variety of areas including real estate, construction, energy, telecommunications, tax, insurance, employment and competition law.

We excel in resolving complex commercial and multi jurisdictional disputes. Through RR Alliance combine we posses one of the strongest international arbitration practices in the Northern Europe. With a unique cross border team approach and focus on disputes with Northern European dimension we have gained extensive experience (including arbitrations under the rules of ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, SCC, LCIA and the Chambers of Commerce of Finland, Estonia and Latvia).

In addition to our traditional dispute resolution practice we have developed a specialized team for handling restructuring and insolvency matters. It draws together corporate, finance & capital markets, M&A, litigation and other specialists to deal effectively with debt and equity restructurings, distressed M&A activity and insolvency litigations
