10/01/2012 Severstal Trade increases its shareholding in AS Severstallat to 100% Severstal Trade Ges.m.b.H. has acquired 15.84% shareholding in AS Severstallat from SIA Holdinga Kompanija FELIX. As a result of the transaction Severstal Trade Ges.m.b.H. has become the sole owner of AS Severstallat holding 100% shares in the company.
